Mr. Nishant Pitti, our Whole-time Director and CEO, is a visionary entrepreneur with a strong background in commerce from Delhi University. Since the inception of our company, he has been instrumental in shaping our journey into the travel and tourism industry. With a keen understanding of traveler needs and a passion for innovation, he has propelled us to the forefront of the industry. Under his leadership, we have received accolades such as the 'Franchise of the Year Award' in 2010 and the 'Doctor of Excellence' for travel management in 2019. Mr. Nishant's contributions extend beyond business, as he has also ventured into film production with the co-production of the Bollywood film 'Madaari'.

Mr. Rikant Pitti serves as the Whole-time Director of our company, bringing invaluable expertise since August 8, 2011. As a co-founder and promoter, he oversees operations, sales, marketing, human resources, and technology. A graduate of Kurukshetra University, Ambala, with a bachelor’s degree in technology, Mr. Pitti has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the industry. He was honored with the 'Best Travel Planner of the Year' award at the Ravishing Wedding Awards in 2018 and received the Game Changer award in 2023. A dynamic young entrepreneur, Mr. Pitti has made significant strides in the online travel sector, leveraging his innovative ideas and passion for progress.

Mr. Prashant Pitti, a co-founder and promoter of our company, is instrumental in marketing, branding, investor relations, and media management. A graduate of IIT Madras, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His academic background in electrical engineering from IIT Madras laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. Under his leadership, EaseMyTrip has achieved remarkable success, valued at nearly 5000 crores and maintaining profitability without external funding. Prashant's innovative approach to business, including the elimination of convenience fees, has positioned EaseMyTrip as a frontrunner in the industry, with plans for continued growth and impact.

Nishant Pitti

Mr. Nishant is a Whole-time Director and CEO of our company. He is one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since its incorporation.

Mr. Nishant Pitti holds a bachelor's degree in from the University of Delhi and has approximately 11 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector. He is responsible for overall management of our Company, business development and the financial aspect of our Company's business. He has been awarded the 'Doctor of Excellence' for excellence in the field of travel management by the Confederation of International Accreditation Commission - (CIAC), Global at the 6th International Education Forum, 2019 and 'TnH Face of the Future' at the Travel and Hospitality (TnH) Awards, 2016. He was also awarded 'Entrepreneur of the Year in Service Business - Travel' at the Entrepreneur Awards, 2019.

Rikant Pittie

Mr. Rikant is the Whole-time Director of our Company and has been on our Board since August 8, 2011. He is also one of our Promoters and has been responsible for

operations, sales, marketing, human resources and technology in our Company. He has attended the course for a bachelor’s degree in technology at Kurukshetra University, Ambala and has approximately eight years of experience in the travel and tourism sector. He has also been awarded the ‘Best Travel Planner of the Year’ award by Magic Media World at the Ravishing Wedding Awards, 2018.

Prashant Pitti

Mr. Prashant Pitti is one of the promotors and is responsible for marketing, branding, investor relations, hotel, bus and media management in our Company.

He is graduate from IIT Madras and has approximately 16 years of experience in the travel, tourism, banking and social applications. He has also previously worked with HSBC and Capital One in the United States.

Vinod Kumar Tripathi

Mr. Vinod Kumar Tripathi is an Independent Director of our Company and has been on our Board since 24th February, 2020. He holds a bachelor's degree and

a master's degree in political science from the University of Allahabad. He has more than 40 years of experience in the taxation, finance, administration, textiles and wind turbine etc sectors. He previously worked as the Commissioner of Income Tax, where his last posting was at Mumbai. He was Managing Director at National Textiles Corporation (Maharashtra South and Gujarat) and was President and group director at Reliance Capital Limited He also worked as Auditor with the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. He taught Political Science at Ewing Christian College Allahabad. He has a keen interest in sports and social activities and he is a poet too and has been awarded prestigious Sahitya Academy award, by Maharashtra Urdu Sahitya Academy, Government of Maharashtra and Urdu. His third poetry book is in the press at the moment. Academy, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Satya Prakash

Mr. Satya is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Allahabad and a master's degree in

science from IIT, Delhi. He passed the civil services examination in 1976. He has approximately 39 years of experience in the railways sector. He previously worked as an Indian Railway Traffic Service Officer, and has been previously associated in various capacities with the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, including serving as a member of the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai bench, as a trustee of the Mumbai Port Trust, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, and as a permanent invitee on the board of directors of Western Coalfieds Limited. He has also been awarded the Premchand Award by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India in 1993.

Justice Usha Mehra (Retired)

Ms. Usha Mehra is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Panjab University and has been a member of

the Bar Council of Delhi since 1962. She has over [37] years of experience in the legal sector. She has also been working in the field of commercial and arbitration law and is currently serving on the panel of Indian Council of Arbitration. Justice Usha Mehra (Retired) is a former member of the Law Commission of India. Previously, she has, presided as an Additional District and Session Judge at Delhi and as the Registrar of High Court of Delhi, before being appointed as a judge of the Delhi High Court.
